This is a reasonable Half-Blood grinder, I won one match in 7 turns, but then again it lost a match in 7 turns, it seems to depend on your starting quanta generation, and if they are fast playing or not. Anyway, heres the deck:
6rq 6rq 6rq 6rq 6rq 6rq 7ac 7ac 7ac 7ac 7ac 7ac 7ac 7ad 7ad 7ad 7ad 7ad 7ad 7ap 7ap 7ap 7ap 7ap 7ap 7bu 7bu 7bu 7bu 7bu 7bu
I think the fastest possible win is 5 turns.
Stats being added as I go:
Wins: 3
Turns: 7,7,12
Losses: 4
Turns: 7,10,8,8
Notes:
Aether: Skip
Don't even bother, but if you do quit as soon as they get an elec out unless you have a few dragons doing damage. Aether also has those annoying dimensional shields and they can duplicate your dragons to make their own.
Time
Time may not seem bad, but for only a few quanta they can waste a fully upgraded dragon, which costs 19 quanta, and just send it to the top of your deck, time is difficult but not unbeatable.
Life
Life is irritating, but possible. It's possible they may slow you down enough by healing to wipe you out, but it's not too hard to win, depending on your draws.
Gravity
From what I've experienced gravity is extremely easy to beat, as the only real problem is acceleration, and you can usually out damage them, but as soon as they play Gravity Shield quit, as the only way your dragons can hurt him is if they are hurt, and since Gravitys only spell cc is Gravity Pull, your dragon is dead.
Fire
Fire is easy, they're only advantage is that they might out damage you, or kill your dragons with spells (though that is unlikely).
