Devtal is probably one of my favorite decks. You're off to a great start with this build, but it looks like you're going to end up with extra

quanta and not enough

quanta. To fix that, I'd switch the mark to

and swap out the

pendulums for

pendulums. Since you'll be getting tons of healing from your Fractaled vamps, I'd drop the SoG and Stilettos for a few

pillars. That should sufficiently fuel your Fractals, while leaving you plenty of quanta for your devs and vamps. Optionally, you can probably sneak in a couple of steals by either 1) dropping a couple of vamps, or 2) dropping four

pends and adding two

pillars. You're probably fine without the steals, but I like to throw them in there in case your opponent has a Sanctuary or two.
