Here's a deck I've been testing out for a while, trying to make it Arena and pvp playable.

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
5um 5um 5um 5um 5um 5um 5uq 5ur 5ur 5ut 5ut 5ut 5ut 5ut 606 606 606 606 606 606 606 606 606 606 622 622 622 622 6rn 7ta 8pu

The main problems that have repeatedly shown, are when all my Devourers are killed, (Pandemonium most often) when all my creatures are Lobotomized and I can't get a Fractal, or all my pendulums are destroyed.

If you have any ideas, please post

Most fractal decks run 5 fractals. In devtal, that seems to work best.

You have enough healing once you fractal vamps.
-1 SoG +1 fractal

Personally, I'd also go -2 minor vamps +2 steals, but its really up to you.
You're just as selfish as I am. You're just not as good at it yet.

Devtal is probably one of my favorite decks. You're off to a great start with this build, but it looks like you're going to end up with extra :darkness quanta and not enough :aether quanta. To fix that, I'd switch the mark to :darkness and swap out the :darkness pendulums for :aether pendulums. Since you'll be getting tons of healing from your Fractaled vamps, I'd drop the SoG and Stilettos for a few :aether pillars. That should sufficiently fuel your Fractals, while leaving you plenty of quanta for your devs and vamps. Optionally, you can probably sneak in a couple of steals by either 1) dropping a couple of vamps, or 2) dropping four :aether pends and adding two :aether pillars. You're probably fine without the steals, but I like to throw them in there in case your opponent has a Sanctuary or two.

This is what the deck would look like if you made it with my recommendations:
