Honestly, the slowest part of the deck is the fact that the deck has an entropy mark, rather than gravity. It will take you at least 3 turns to play a discord, and you need at least one of your pendulums in your first hand to do it. If you use entropy towers/pendulums, then as long as you get at least two total of either, then you can play discord on turn 2, and if you get 3, you can play it on turn 1. This is crucial for a discord deck; you do NOT want to give your opponent a chance to play much of anything early on.
Having said that, how about something like this...? The main difference, obviously, is I changed the mark to gravity, the quanta sources to match, and then traded all the chargers for entropy creatures. If you don't have some of the entropy cards upped, the creatures aren't really affected much being unupped, though having unupped quanta would make the deck 1 turn slower and thus a lot weaker.

The other advantage this version gives is that maxwell's demon can do double duty as creature removal in some cases, though the disadvantage is that you can't get around shields with momentum like your chargers can, but ideally you should be keeping the opponent from being able to play too many shields with discord/black hole. Also, other than dimshield and bone wall, no shields should really be giving you too much trouble, and shard of focus has a chance against dimshield. Gravity shield would stop your dragons, but again, you have shards to handle that, and not many people use it, anyway. (if you were worried about it, you could also just use unupped dragons, but then they're lightning vulnerable, which IS a card that a lot of people use)
