If you like the idea of running Light/Time with Dune Scorpions, you might want to try a Bedouin's Prayer variation. Here's one that's a bit closer to what you seem to want with this deck:

The kicker here is that your draws will be more consistent - instead of two kinds of pillars, you're only looking for a single Deja Vu and Luciferin. The idea is to get Dejas out, then copy them, then Luciferize them - both to provide
and to fuel Hope. Hope is a more effective shield than Procrastination in the late-game, which is what you'll be looking toward if you want to run Dune Scorpions. I'd go without the Sanctuaries if you run this, as Luciferin is probably enough to last you until you get Hope out... and then until your opponent is dead. Watch out for Thorn Carapace and Fire Shield - those cards alone defeat this deck. If you face those, you will live a bit longer if you can manage to Bless your Deja Vus before copying them. If you manage an early Eternity and start seeing excess Time quanta, you can rewind a Deja Vu you've already copied and replay it to produce another copy.
In general, when forming a dual-element deck, think first about what combos you want to produce. In the above case, there are two combos: Blessing - Dune Scorpion, and Deja Vu - Luciferin - Hope. You want the combos to be fairly stable and simple; combos involving more than three cards are inadvisable for a general-purpose deck, though they may offer some help if you know the deck you're going to face (like predicted False Gods).
Don't just pick cards because they seem useful. Think about what your deck is supposed to do overall and plan for that specifically. If a card seems like it would only help a small percentage of your games, ditch it. And as dual-element decks run two types of quanta, you're going to need more reliable pillar draws than in a mono - your deck is far too heavy on both Light and Time to be reliable, especially with Eternity and Hourglasses in there.
