People say that Owl's Eye doesn't need a nerf. So... I present to you a possible deck...

18 wind pillars (or towers, upgrade this first)
6 flying weapon (No need to upgrade)
6 owl's eye (Or Eagle's Eye, upgrade this second)

Replace 6 pillars with shockwaves thunderstorms and you'd have a very nasty deck on your hands.

good deck but maybe instead of shockwaves wings?
with 6 you can stall 30 turns if needed and the eyes just kill the opponent's airborne creatures

Shouldn't this be mark of fire for the unstable gasses?  And you probably want some flying weapons for all those eagle eyes.
