So, here's the general deck, but I've been trying to make it more smooth and consistent, playing around with more arsenics, poisons, things like that.  Sadly, I can't even seem to turn it into a decent Bronze League Arena farmer. (I don't quite have enough money to make any good Silver farmers)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I personally think 6 wings shields is a bit to much. Remember you only have a 30-card deck so you don't need THAT many turns of shielding. I'd say you're pretty much safe with 4 wings shields in total.
Furthermore, your quanta production is quite low. I'd suggest removing 2 wings and adding + 1 Death Pillar/Pend and 1 poison/mummy

- Making it a mono death deck might help make things easier. You can add 2-3 bonewalls for defense and more poison/mummies for offense.
- Upgrading the recluses would make it ALOT faster.
- By dropping some defense for offense you can outrush arena decks more easily.

I'm sure you'll get more tips from the trial contenders! ;)

You really don't need 6 Wings. 5 is more than enough. 5/30 is 16.6% of drawing a Wings, which means you're pretty much guranteeded to be able to chain Wings, if none were destroyed by PC that is. I believe this deck (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,27337.msg372027#msg372027) was thought out by ralouf, but it seems that you made minor changes to it to suit the fact that it is unupgraded, contrary to ralouf's fully upgraded The Wyrm. I think both decks has very good potentials against any rushes with little PC and Supernova reliant. Shockwave is a very good idea against certain creatures with nasty skills for sure. I think instead of Mummies you can go for a few bottles of Poison to counter stalls because Arsenics may not be enough and 2 may not guarantee any early one. Your quanta balance is excellent! Only 3 for  :air and a bit higher for  :death; you should be fine for the quanta unless facing Denial decks. Overall a very fun and stable deck imo; keep up the good work ralouf and Masarykoi! :D

You have an extremely good start right now building a correct deck, but it seems to you seem to lack a bit of damage. Personally I think 5 wings is a bit much because you start out with 23 cards after the draw phase in turn 1 and4 wings lets you have 20 turns of stalling which is absolutely great :D. Now, like noobie said, poison might be a much better option than mummies in this situaution because poison is only stopped by purify (which most players/AI don't carry) while many forms of CC can kill mummies. Personally, I think you can replace those mummies with 2 arsenics (if you have them) and 3 Flying weapons for constant poison and damage, but much more resistant against CC than mummy. Finally we want to add a spider to make it 6, so we can balance our death quantum since we took out our mummies and the faster we get spiders out the better our overall deck preformance is.

Yay double spoilers.
Ok I got back from Anime Iowa last night so I might be a little crazy with this.
I took out one wing for 1 spider.
Because you open with 7 cards and you also have shockwaves I don't think a full 6 wing is needed, but because CC is more common than PC I added another spider, or else decks that get lucky with drawing this CC would kill all of your awesome spiders and if they had airborn stuff they would beat you down fast.
Another thing you might want to think about is taking a shockwave out for another spider and keep the wings in however I do like 3 shockwaves. Afterall you can save up your shockwaves and use them all as direct damage on your opponent in one turn, or if they play a fractal based deck you can save them until the turn before fractal and kill everything they have, and if it is phoenix rush they will either have to play another or fractal ash, or wait a turn. Awesome right?
Another spider might raise the speed of this deck so if you decide to make the change tell me if you even notice the speed change. Speed in a match against a fire deck where they could draw deflag anytime is something that is near priceless so anything you can do to speed it up is good. I am worried about mass CC now but if you always keep a spider in hand when it is good to do so then you should be fine. Spider should be burrowed. trololololol
Also I am shocked you did not go with poison splash or pure Air/Death Poison, but I like it. I( know arsenic could be called a poison splash but no, it is just sexy, like me.
6*5= 30. This deck has 30 turns of stall so you could afford 5*5= 25 after all you start with 7 card sin the hand. You could pull off a 31 card deck and have stall as another win condition as well! DO ET!!!!  :)) 31 cards would not lower the chance of drawing any certain card by that much, so if you play in PvP with this you can make it 31 and  have the stall option against 30 card slim decks! FTW!
