first time speedbow deck

Yet another idea i had pop into my noggin today, probably not the best speedbow deck. I also dont know if there is a similar deck idea like this in these forums from what i have seen. Tried it out in the trainer it's a fast deck after the first super novas is played, played AI3 didn't lose except once with an extremely bad draw but after that it was smooth sailing. I haven't tried t50's or AI5 yet but i plan to experiment with it i would believe it would fair decently against both.

if you plan for this to be a rush deck, you will have to take out some stuff to put in some towers. you will have to discard a few cards unless you get some of those cremations and a photon. -1 Ruby Dragon -2 Cremations -1 Eternity -2 RoL, +5 quantum towers. your deck is also  kind of heavy on water/death quantums, so i would do -1 deadly poison -1 pufferfish +thunderbolt +1 Improved fog.
this way your quantum is a bit more spread out. hope this helps.

thanks baily i agree i am alittle heavy on the water/death would taking out the physilia and deadly posion keeping the puffer fish for no quantum using posion along with arsenic help control it a bit, or replace the mummy and keeping deadly posion? I also thought the point of a speedbow was a fast non tower using deck? So are there 5 creatures or spells i could sub for towers or would towers still be best?

I have seen speed bow decks work out great using towers. The point of a speed bow is to get low cost heavy hitting creatures out quickly. unless you get a photon and cremation in your first hand. and you can. you have to wait two turns at earliest to play anything. meaning thats one turn of wasted of no damage at all. Having the improved quantum towers help by giving you quanta on a turn where you could otherwise not get any at all. I would say instead of trying to poison your target "it is a slow process" go with some creatures thats cheap cost and has dive. and instead of dragon go with Lava Destroyer. I would also remove the eternity. yes it would be helpful to prevent yourself from decking. but at the same time there are so many ways to remove it anyways.

I would say if your going for pure speed. drop super nova for regular nova. less quanta I know but at the same time its free. thus you wont have to wait a turn for another entropy quanta. and if your unlucky one single devourer can ruin that. again if you dont get your spark/ray of light and cremation out.. stay away from high cost creatures unless your not using said quanta for anything else. and change mark to earth to pay for your destoyers skill.

The real benefit of speedbows is versatility while still remaining fast. I would recommend you have 4-5 towers and make room for some CC. 2-3 explosions is enough for perm control, and with 1-2 Arsenic(s) and 2 Fog Shields (which you really, really want), you have little use for steal. Skip the cremations, RoL's, Ruby Dragon, Eternity, Pufferfish, Elite Wyrm and remove one Physalia. Add 2 Lightning Bolts and Shockwave/Congeal.
The Fog Shield will basically boost your HP by 40% most of the games, as you will be able to play it early. It's truly amazing and a must have in rushbows. Oh, also, I prefer Blessings to Archangel and Unstoppable is a very good buff for a rushbow as well.
