Well first off, let's just mention a few things:
1) You will NEVER be able to consistently farm FGs with a deck based on this. So get that out of your head. (I would recommend upgrading a FG deck before this one, too).
2) You will NEVER win any tournaments with solely this deck. It just won't happen; you'll need a variety of decks to compete in tournaments.
Now let's take out the shockwave, wings, and fire spirit, since they really add nothing to your strategy.
Okay. Now then...
Let's streamline it. Do you want to focus on fireflies? Or unstable gas?
Fireflies:
-Take out the unstable gasses.
-Take out the burning pillars.
-Add in one more immolation.
-Take out one queen.
Gasses:
-Take out 3 queens.
-Take out the bonds.
-Take out the crimson dragons.
-Take out the rain of fires.
-Take out the burning pillars.
-Add in 2 wind pillars and 2 more unstable gas.
With both I tried to leave a little bit of the other strategy to keep the deck true to the original intent, but you'd probably be best off with just choosing a single one and rolling with it.
For instance, for gasses, you should just take 6 gasses, the nymph, owl's eye, maybe a few dragons, fire mark, and wind pillars. For the queens, I would just take 5 queens, wind pillars, life mark, life pillars, bonds, and *maybe* a deflag or RoF or dragon.
