Quantum help with aether/death deck.

The strategy of this deck works pretty good.  Put out a Bonewall and a few vultures then use Fractal to spam Sparks like mad.  The problem I'm having is quantum.  With a mark of  I end up low on  and with a mark of  I end up low on  .  Does anyone have any suggestions on which I should choose?  Should I just pick one and add more pillars of the other?  I used Scardgirl's QI formula to get as close to 5 as I could by calculating the two elements independently from one another.

Just looking at your deck, I don't see any quanta problems, although I would use a mark of for more steady Fractal flow. This deck can still stand a chance without quanta, but without quanta it's down for the count.

On another note, try to trim it down to 30 cards for a much more efficient deck.

Thanks Icy!  I knew someone had to have put this deck together before, but I couldn't find the threads.  Thanks for the links.  I learned something from them.  I've been playing the Vultures before the Sparks and they've been attacking before getting boosted.  I should have figured that out earlier.

Yeah, I know a 30 card deck is more efficient, but when I made the deck I really felt like I needed 6 Fractals and Sparks to increase the chance of drawing them.  I'll try it with just 3 of each for a 30 card deck.  If that doesn't work, I'll tweak it some more.

I would suggest taking out two bone pillars to help your aether production. Since your mark is death, you really only need 1-2 pillars out to do fine with quanta generation of death. And taking out those two bone pillars will help you draw more aether ones.

Furthermore, to slim it further, I would take out two sparks and a fractal. This brings it down to 31 cards (if you take out the bone pillars too) which is respectable. You really only need one spark because afterwards you should just keep one in hand after the fractal, and the fractals cost a lot and use up a spot in hand so you don't want TOO many in your hand at a time.
