I find myself either getting stomped by poison or winning.  I would say about 85% of the time I win against AI3, and probably 90% of wins are EMs, but I want to be able to do more.  Is there a way I can change this deck for t50 and have a win average above 60%?

Use Adrenaline on Fireflies, it's like buffing it to 12/3

The leaf dragons are unnecessary.  You don't need that much life quanta if you're only running empathetic bonds.  You could replace them with heals or SoGs, which would help with poison a lot.  Also, do you need thunderstorm?  Shockwaves might work better.
