shard of readiness and steam machine

im trying to make this arena deck, but for whatever reason the AI wont use steam power at all on the turn shard of readiness is used on it, instead it waits a turn. the same goes for the squids, they only use freeze once on the turn its used even though there are other unfrozen creatures in play.

SoR doesn't let you use the ability instantly like on time creatures, it just makes it costless. Summoning sickness still occurs and you can't use it twice even if the creature has been for more than one turn on the field. It's not AI problem, it's how SoR works.
