Any improvement idea?

Strategy: Play the towers, summon Leaf Dragons, summon FFQ, spawn Firefly using mark generated  :life quanta, FF generate:light, Leaf Dragon use photosynthesis, Use Feral Bond, Use Hope, keep summoning FF

I'm not sure if you need both Wings and Hope in this deck.  I'd replace the Wings with a 3rd Hope and EE.  Also, try using Wind Pendulums in place of your Wind Towers and Leaf Dragons.  You have a higher chance to get a 2nd turn FFQ out (42% vs. 6% with your deck) plus you get the bonus of not having to worry about a very weak linchpin to keep your deck going (I'm talking about the Leaf Dragon).

Wings are for stalling purpose :) And since Pendulums producing the quanta in the end of the turn and only once, maybe change some of the Air Towers into Air Pendulum?

You could take out an EE, but if you did I'd suggest removing the Animate Weapon as well, and possibly replace them with a Leaf Dragon and possibly another Air Tower.  ???s are Air Pendulums.

Would Fog trump Wings for stall purposes? Much cheaper, so it doesn't interfere with your Queens as much.
