A water/life/wind deck should rely on these cards:
LIFE:
Forest Spirit
Empathic Bond
WATER:
(Mark of Water)
Toadfish
Freeze
AIR:
Firefly Queen
Owl's Eye (if you have it)
Your big weakness is going to be your lack of permanent control (Shields will slow you down lots), so you need a good, fast battleplan that includes some "overwhelming" at the endgame to get past shields. Creature control isn't your strong suit, either, so be careful about only targeting the important stuff with your Freezes.
I'd look at something like:
Mark of Water
Toadfish x2
Freeze x4
Emerald Pillar x6
Forest Spirit x2
Empathic Bond x2
Wind Pillar x8
Firefly Queen x4
Azure Dragon x1
Owl's Eye x1 (If you have it; if not use a 2nd Dragon)
The idea here is pretty simple: save up your Water Quanta from your Mark until you absolutely have to Freeze something. If you can build up at least 7 quanta, cast a Toadfish, and start using it to Infect annoying interlopers. Meanwhile, get a Firefly Queen out and start pumping out Fireflys. Use it/them to draw out your opponent's creature control cards, and to keep you alive by triggering Empathic Bond. After you see a Queen hit the table and not start dying instantly, drop one Forest Spirit and start Growing it every turn.
Toward the endgame, you should have a swarm of small creatures (good for Gravity Shields and Dusk Mantles), a couple of Dragons and/or huge Forest Spirits (good for damage-reducing shields), and decent HP due to Empathic Bond. Your opponent's chief creatures should be deceased due to being infected with Toadfish and then Frozen until corpsy.
Major threats: Quintessenced Otyughs (like always), Fire Shields, and Owl's Eye/Eternity (repeatable permanent-based creature removal). All pretty common, unfortunately.
Good luck!
