What should should I upgrade?
Should I add a shield?
How can I perfect my quanta sources?

I think fate eggs would be good to upgrade, as you will get elite creatures from them.
You could add a shield, but there isn't alot of room at the moment. You could try to find room for a procrastination, although you would need to generate more time.

I agree with morningstar on the first two questions. With the quanta balancing, do you have many problems with quanta? In which elements?

I have problems with  some times. Should I try some pendulums?

With Aether, you should probably just add more pillars, but you also could be careful about using fractal. (i.e. using quint first)

With fractal theres not much need for quint in this sort of deck as you can spam creatures.
Then you could switch to a mark of aether and switch to time pendulums instead of aether pillars.

If you can upgrade, perhaps you should remove the quantum pillars, switch the 4 novas for 6 supernovas and add a few entropy pendulums.
