For 1000€ you can buy a 30 card speed raimbow deck.

This is from far the most regular bronze farming deck.

You can find thousands of versions, my advice: if you have 2 or 3 discorda, use them eith 2 or 3 black holes to disrupt his quanta.

This deck works very well in bronze, silver, gold, and even platinum to a certain extent despite the fact that the arena decks change very often. I use it myself, though this isn't very important. It does have a good amount of PC though unfortunately no CC. Also, it is actually not the fastest deck, as most creatures (graboid, forest sprectre, destroyer) takes time to be able to hit a good amount of damage.
