I need help with this deck. It's good, but only with a little luck. Had to add some CC and PC. It's not that of a great deck. Suggestions?

rage pots > fire bolts for CC. And fog or ice shield over titanium. Also, try to fit in an hourglass or two, that smooths draws out a lot.

Hourglasses would be pretty expensive, especially since deja vus are in the deck. Diversify your quanta use-- right now a lot of it is just sitting there worthlessly. Instead of relying entirely on fire or earth, pick maybe a card or two from different elements-- lightning, shockwave, rage pot instead of fire bolts, maybe a fog replacing one titanium shield, etc.
