It's worse than it sounds.  Puffer Fish are tight, but they're expensive.  If you tried it, though, I'd go:

Mark of Life
6x Water Pendulum
6x Water Tower
6x Puffer Fish
6x Adrenaline
6x SoG
2x Permafrost Shield

And wish you luck! :)
If something happens and you think it deserves my attention, feel free to PM me. Other than that, I'm probably here if you want to shoot the breeze.

You did not specify for who against you want to bring this deck, so I tried to make something which is capable of handling various situations. With Essence's suggestion above you'll be probably good to go even against Half-Bloods. Still, I believe Octopuses are somewhat better if you have them and when you need to lock down creatures fast. They are somewhat cheaper too to play out. Heals are there to extend the match or gain that well deserved EM on occasions. Also, added Spectres for growing damage, they can become fairly sturdy in a few turns, and adds up nicely with the increasing number of Puffers and poison counters. But if you're going against Arena decks, especially higher league ones, you may want to experiment with those Shard of Gratitudes instead.
You may also want to try to tinker with Life Pillars and Nymph's Tears, just because Green Nymphs can provide nice additional damage and Adrenaline if needed, though it could slow the deck down a tiny bit.

Puffer fish + Adrenaline.  An ideal pairing.  Here is a setup that is to push the hope of a quick direct poison KO, leaving it all out on the table:

You’ll be slower than a normal scorpion + adrenaline deck, but gain the added stability mid game from the permafrost shield, added strength from the beefy fish.  You have to worry somewhat about your own shield being stolen, but the fish can take it on.  Adrenaline keeps freeze from phasing them too much.  The heal + the staff will keep you afloat enough to let the poison do its thing.  An adrenaline fish has a great damage curve, one killing an opponent solo in 6 turns.   (12, 26, 42, 60, 80, 104).  Your weakness with be a super rush deck that can take out your shield (fire rush, darkness rush), your high dependence on quanta (discord, EQ), heavy CC (lightning, rage potion) and draws that are sub-optimal (too many adrenaline, low quanta draws)

You can go a bit more defensive with something like this:

Lock down creatures easily, build-up damage only stopped from killing your fish or a diamond shield.  I chose the jade shield to protect you from direct damage, and packed a purify to resist any poison strategies.  That takes care of every form of damage you can take.  What deck can boast that!
