Fully upgraded the top deck should be more successful in t50 and be relatively fast. Make the mark and take out the sapphire pillars, add some arsenics if you have them, or mummies, and add more bone pillars. Since all the creatures can be played with 1 quanta, mark usually covers your quanta needs. Also add some bonewalls for protection.

but then again u can only play 1 creature at a time, if i shoot out a ton of physalias it'll be better than one at a time
