Weird idea I had that really interested me, but it doesn't really work out in actuality. Maybe someone can make something interesting with it?

It has been done before. In this case you need the bolts to damage your opponent so you have no defense besides the bonds. And it is so slow that can't work outside pvp1. Well that's my experience with The Dark Art [/self promotion]

You can probably change all the pends into towers. You don't really need an early dessication or anything - it's gonna take until turn 4 (and probably longer) before you have more than one or two voodoo dolls on the table anyways, so the earlier mito/bond is probably a lot more useful than having the quanta for a dessication that's sitting unplayed in your hand early on. Alternately, keep the pends and toss in a permafrost shield or two.

Maybe try the same concept with unstable gas or something to do more damage
