the biggest problem i see is that you don't use aether, air, water, light, death, or earth.

try to incorperate a little of all the elements so not so much quanta goes to waste.

This deck is too big. Take out some cards that you don't need.
I'd suggest...

Titan
It's got big damage, but otherwise, it's just using up much needed :gravity quanta.

Amber Nymph
I don't believe that there are that many AI5's that actually use all of the elements equally; amber nymph is a burden in this deck.

Nova/Supernova
Put 5 or 6 in when you've upgraded them all into supernovas

Gravity Pendulum
Because your :gravity is cut down, these shouldn't be necessary.

Unupped Otyugh
Generally, 2 Otyughs in a deck is enough.

Pharaoh
It takes a long time to both get it on the field and get the combination started. Take it out.

Empathic Bond
3 bonds are a big much; I'd suggest you take 1-2 out to streamline the deck.

Hourglasses
The deck is getting smaller, so you shouldn't need as many hourglasses.

Steal/Deflagration
Whilst this is your permanent control, it isn't consistent; get a pulverizer or a butterfly effect, so you have a more stable way to get rid of permanents. Leave 2 steals/1 deflag in the deck, however; you always want a way to capitalize off of your opponent's cards.

Sundial
6 is a bit too much; take 2 out. 4 still give you plenty of stalling, and a fair amount of protection.

Cards to Add:
Alfatoxin
You don't have any death being used, and alfatoxin is a great multipurpose card. You can stall your opponents with it, and you can fill your own side with it. When on your opponent's side, you have Oty food. On your side, you get extra healing from your bonds.

Lava Golem
You don't use a lot of fire or earth; this creature does a solid 5 damage and grows. It's a fair choice for this deck.

Mindgate
With all these quantum pillars, use aether to your benefit, and get some of your opponent's cards to use. With this in place, your can get an early advantage

Eternity/Pulverizer
If you have one of these weapons, if would be best to add it into the deck; if not, you can farm the t50 for some rare cards.

Butterfly Effect
I mentioned this before; it's some easy permanent control that you can tack onto an Otyugh for some Permanent Control.

Fallen Elf
You can mutate some creatures to make them fodder for your Otys, or your own creatures to give you a fighting chance.

Quintessence
With your Otys immortalized, nothing can stop them from eating the rest of the AI's creatures.

Firefly Queen
As a replacement to the Pharaoh, I'm torn with this choice because it makes your deck really :life heavy. You can try it out if you like, but I'm not so sure about this one.

Steam Machine
Good damage, uses :water and :fire which means it would use the elements that aren't so heavy already.

Ice Shield
Good defense, fair price. Can't go wrong there.

Bone Wall/Soul Catcher
I'm iffy about this card. If you add it and alfatoxin, make sure you alfa your side and you have a good source of creature control on the field.

Strategy Tips
-Choose cards that fit your playstyle, not just because it's there.
-Add a shield! You have 51 cards there, but none of those cards are actual shields! Some favorites are phase shield, bone wall, emerald shield, and maybe gravity shield. (Hope could also work if you have a good number of fireflies out)
-Independent damage is lacking; you need some damage that comes without the involvement of your opponent's cards. While you had that before with Pharaoh, it was slow.
-Upgrade your hourglasses! They're much cheaper once you do that, and everything flows much more easily.

Hourglasses:
Have 2 if you have 30-33 cards
Have 3 if you have 33-37 cards
Have 4 if you have 38+ cards
