I have been working on my rainbow mutation and my vampire mitosis decks separately and I realized they could go awesome together. The basic idea is to try to cast Vampire or Deathstalker+Unstoppable+Mitosis+Quintessence on the same turn. Unstoppable quintessenced deathstalkers do a lot of damage fast, especially if you can hide behind a shield, steal the opponents shields, or mitosis it. Eclipse is very helpful as well - it lets the deathstalker copies poison, adds 50% to vampire damage and lifesteal, and allows a pest-massing strategy.

Right now it's a fun deck but unreliable. I have been playing it against half bloods and it doesn't do as well as the mutation deck. It adapts well by timing the quintessences, deciding which creature to set up with mitosis, and improved steals always help. Also I've found the diamond shield stops many decks cold, but can be hard to get out early enough. Maybe glacial shield would be better. I could definitely change the shield selection.

What would you do to tweak/improve this deck? Sadly I have no useful shards to work with, and this deck includes most of my upgraded cards. The mark can change, the deck size can change, and the number of supernovas can change, but I want it to have all the cards named in the title and eclipse.

edited to add: I poked around further with the search function and found this cool vampire mitosis denial deck in the Engineer's Workshop thread that looks much better than mine (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,36463.0.html)

edited again to add: based on feedback and after a couple of upgrades, here's a more streamlined version:

Some really weird cards that don't look like they're related to the main deck. Specifically:

Fire Shield/Diamond Shield/Phase Shield: Choose one. The others are dead draws if you already have a shield up.
Quintessence: Your Vampires aren't so valuable to use an extra card protecting it, but if you think you need protection, Cloaks might work since you have :darkness mark. I can see the utility with a Mitosis'd Vampire, but I still think it's too situational.
Arctic Squid: Really expensive in a rainbow deck.
Fallen Druid/Graveyard/Deathstalker: Unnecessary. Deathstalker might be interesting in a related deck that already has lots of buff cards for Vampires, but doesn't work well in this deck. Even in a buff-based deck there are better cards than Deathstalker.
Unstoppable: Something to take down a shield (which you already have; Pulvy+2xSteal) would be better than something that lets one low-damage creature attack through it. Normally I'd propose SoFr if you still want to bypass shields but you don't have them.

Slim it down a little closer to 30 cards. Have you considered adding more damage? I question if you can kill the opponent in time.

I don't really agree with much of that; not every deck with quantum pillars has to be a 30 card rush, and your points all sound like they are coming from this angle.

But the point about the shield is valid. If you are packing so much healing, why not just have 2 fireshields, and take out the others? A thorn carapace would would better as it would synergise with the squid, but you are already using life quanta for mitosis.

The point of this deck is to whittle down the opponent, healing from a growing swarm of vampires whilst using fireshield to pick off creatures.
Squids work great in a stall deck, and would help to lock down the fatter enemy creatures as the smaller ones die.
Fallen Druid/Graveyard helps to mutate cannon fodder spawned from enemy creature deaths, or vampires summoned from mitosis.
Eclipsed Mito-stalker is just another potential combo. Yeah, they aren't perfect without PC, and jade shield locks them down totally, but they are good mutation fodder.

I agree with the unstoppable point; its just another card you are waiting for before you can pull out your combo.

As for actual improvements?
Junk these cards: Supernova, Phase Shield, Unstoppable, Diamond Shield, Obsidian Tower (x2)
(supernova is for rush decks, you want to focus on using 1 shield, unstoppable doesnt get cloned by mitosis, devourers are better than obby towers (at least for stall decks)
Add: Mitosis, Quintessence, Fire Shield, Maxwell's Demon, Devourer (x2)
If you can upgrade the Squid and Maxwell's Demon, do it, it makes a big difference.

Slow starts are the Rainbow's achilles heel, you aren't ever going to make this combo super fast.

I guess there are two things you can do:
1) Change the deck so you get the quanta pool you need, and faster- Add more quantum pillars and Electrum Hourglasses. This might not do much for the actual ttw, though, and will make your deck a bit more fragile.

2)Change the deck so you slow your opponents deck down even more- Add more stall. But then if you were short on quanta, clogging your hand up with more cards might not help. Maybe do both?

Also, since you aren't using the druid, maybe get rid of the graveyard and add improved miracle? A sanctuary? You don't have anything from the light element.
