yes i know i ask for help on my decks alot but i'm a noob at this game. what should i prioritise upping?

Before starting to think about the uppgrade order, you should try to improve the deck itself a little bit. Shrink the deck to 30 cards if possible, and get pendulums instead of two kinds of pillars. You might as well ditch the procrastination, morning star, miracle and some pillars to achieve that. After you have made the deck as consistent as possible you can start thinking about the upgrade order. In this case, the upgrade order pretty much depends on the build. Sundials and pillars would be the priority in my opinion. But as I said, depends on the build(that is which mark and pendulums you choose to put).

Sundials are good, Reverse Time is great in this deck (since opponent replying creatures means more neuro). I'd say reduce Blessing and Dune no. to 5 and take some sundials out to put in RT.

Don't know what the blessing version looks like, but probably 4 sundials over procrast.

But, yeah, that deck needs some serious modding.

You don't need morning star, and miracle likely won't be played often. Remove all the light pillars, swap the mark to light, get time pendulums as needed.

Frozengaia's version is the one I like most. because of the variety of  cards

However, if you want to use  to have advantage of damage on Blessings and more stall with Miracle your deck needs some changes.

You can Drop the morning star, reduce the amount of dunes and blessings to 5 (the most important hit is the 1st one) and use Pendulums for a more reliable quanta gain.
