Well, considering the look of your deck, switch to a mono aether light, life, or a rustler rush. If you need a link, ask quickly, i have to go in a short bit, but i'm sure others will provide if i don't

rustler rush is a cool deck you could try! you already have the most expensive cards of the deck, the dragons

4 dragons
2+ mitosis (you might need more)
4 rustlers(you really only need 1 on the field, others are for stability and CC)
10 light pillars should do it

might wanna add heals to get EM against AI3 (i suppose you are farming AI3 by now) more dragons if 4 isnt enough and you are good to go!

EDIT: put your solar shield too, it will be useful to produce some extra quanta and make you resist some damage, wich will help you get EM more easily

or you can switch to mono aether put all your shields plus your dragons into the deck make. then add 14 qaunta 7pillars 7pendelums and mark of aether you can also add in lightnig but you probably dont need them.

the deck should look like this
14pillars/pends
6 aether dragons
6 phase shields
6 immortals or 6 lightnigs or 3 of both of them.
With this deck you can grind up to halfbloods and certian fg's but i suggest ai3 or halfbloods for consitent wins and with halfbloods you get a chance at rare cards and there pretty easy.

If you really like rustlers, you can try immorustler...
You can upgrade Photons to Ray of light in your way to build a FG deck (RoL hope) to improve your deck's efficiency.

Druidic staff can be swtiched for arsenic or heal. Nightmare for lycanthrope is OK too. Fog shield is also a possible utility card.
This is a nice and kinda fun deck. Just replace light pillars with RoLs if you finally have money. It depends on whether you want to have RoL hope as FG grinder though. If not, just stick to light pillars.

people have been telling him to build a mono-aether but he doesnt have the cards nor the money to do it thats why i told him to build a rustler rush

Maybe i'm wrong but imo a mono-aether deck like the one suggested by DevilLos will only cost 84 electrum to iancudorinmarian due to the fact the he only needs 14 pillars, less than the 116 spent in a solar shield and a mitosis :/
Secondly a deck with immaterials monsters and a shield that blocks the entire damage of monsters for (6x3) 18 turns does't fear lightning, otyugh and stuff like that
