I feel like it's a neat concept. You split the deja's then dry spell to get quanta for Nymph tears which you use on the time towers/pends.
It's not fast, but there is CC and speed later in game with time nymphs.

Only problem is, I don't know where to go from here. There's a reason I don't make decks all the time especially at night: this happens.

I don't really understand the purpose of the Deja Vu. Sure, they make water quanta, but then... why not just use pends and towers for the whole thing instead of Deja Vu and Dry Spell?

Nice concept, as you said. Thing is, it doesn't work that well and is very vulnerable to early CC.
