Weaknesses: Slow to get out Seraphs, Seraphs die way too easily, Not enough Light quanta to sustain Divine Shield.

Intended use: AI3, Arena (Bronze/Silver).

phoenix are better in this deck, and I would also remove that shield and go with 30 cards

It's just a basic build, completely focused around Seraph, you can take out the 2 SoBes for any low cost card like arsenic or thunderbolt
