***TRIALS RESPONSE***Since Contrary posted a very interesting idea already, I'll go in a different direction from that, and focus on a more traditional mid-range Aether/Air duo instead.
The key thing about decks like Spiderwings is that it needs two things: early defence, and a late-game offence. To remedy this, Aether brings two very useful support cards: Lightning and Parallel Universe. Lightning helps take out early threats before your Spider + Wings combo appears, and is also a way to deal with creatures that have useful abilities (such as Otyugh and Maxwell's Demon) and Momentum. Parallel Universe (the ideal target in this situation is your own Azure Dragon) gives you a way to win the game with a quick burst of damage, and also conveniently crushes stall decks that don't have mass-CC capabilities.
Reducing the number of Wings and Spiders will allow us to fit in these extra cards. In this variation of the deck, your damage primarily comes from durable Azure Dragons rather than fragile Phase Spiders. This basically means that your Spiders and Wings take on more of a support role, but they are still vital to how the deck plays. This does mean that it's going to be more quanta intensive and could end up losing to rushes, but early Wings and Lightnings help remedy that.
Here's a twist on an old Team Aether favourite -- PU Azure Dragons:
