Why so many time factories in a deck based on the idea of not paying to copy dragons ?

Quantum pilars are better to pay shards.

I can play the shards with the  left over from the factories.

there are more time towers to get a faster dragon out, and to pay for any dragons when you have not drawn an SoR.

Instosis is great

but there are a few other duo decks that use this combo with both ghosts and dragons or both. Maybe take look at them for different builds.

You can take out the precog because you have over 30 cards anyway. and -3 time factories and -3 emeral pillars, +6 time pends

Since you already have a few heals and an SoG, I'm not sure that you really need the Feral Bond. Also, the precog doesn't help (unless you just want to see their hand). Since you have more than 30 cards, the deck would be better off without it. Also, removing it will slightly help your starting hand. Lastly, I'd switch about half of those time factories to pendulums. You are low on in this deck.

I think that can work.
