DO not really know how to build a great deck, so please help with my current one

So, this deck can most of the time win against a level 2 computer, but it also losses a lot against the level 2. I need some help, so please suggest something.

Let me improve your win rate by about 1000% with two words:

Dimensional Shield.

Buy 6, replace the Sparks, take out a Dagger, and trim down to about 16 pilalrs, and you'll be in business.

Cut to 30 cards.  Smaller decks are much more consistant.

Remove all 6 Sparks.  They only do 3 damage per play in your deck, more Immortals would be better if you want extra damage.

Remove both Daggers.  Only 2 damage is not enough, switch to 1 Longsword (or 1 Lobotomizer if you have it).

Cut down to about 14 Aether Pillars, which will be plenty in a 30 card deck.

So it'd look something like this:
1 Longsword
14 Aether Pillar
5 Immortal
2 Lightning
2 Parallel Universe
6 Phase Dragon

Of course you could also try using Dimensional Shield instead of Immortals for some defense, but that's up to you.

ok first off, take out the daggers, sparks and immortal.
remove 4 pillars and put in 6 dimensional shields. that should help.

Replace the daggers with a short sword and remove the sparks and the immortal. Then do one of these:

Add two lightnings and two parallel universes OR Remove the lightnings and the parallel universes and add 6 dimensional shields.

Then trim down the pillars to make it 30 cards.
