I haven't tested it, but I can see some things that look like they aren't helping.
Suggested Removals:
Sundials
Precognitions
Werewolf
Black Hole
Ulitharid (1)
Inundation (1)
Elite Pegasus
Feral Bond
You don't need the sundials because having only two usually won't be of much help. You don't need the precognitions because there are better ways of drawing cards. You don't need the werewolves because they don't offer much damage or control. You don't need the black hole because most FG's are duo/trio and produce lots of quanta, so it doesn't hurt them and it doesn't help you. You only "need" one ulitharid because they aren't that important (if you disagree, keep both). You obviously want to use inundation, but I think two is too many (again, if you disagree, leave it in). The pegasi (lol) are similar to the werewolves (although blessing helps them, but blessing would be more useful on an oty). Since you don't have many creatures to put on the field, you don't need bonds because they won't heal you for much.
Suggested Additions:
Quantum Tower (2)
SoG (2-3)
Hourglass (3-4)
Quintessence (3)
Elf (1)
Steal (2)
Pulverizer (1)
The Quantum Towers are semi-optional, but for a 50 card deck, I don't think 10 is enough. The SoG's are great for healing. The hourglasses are amazing for drawing. The quintessences ensure your key creatures will live to be of use. The elf is sort of like the ulitharid in that it usually gets rid of pesky abilities, but they have the added bonus of often lowering the health of a creature so your oty's can eat them and they sometimes kill as well (you don't want a druid because you don't have anything you want to target on your side). The steals offer great permanent control and can help out a ton if you need something specific and they happen to have it. The pulverizer is just useful in general because some weapons/shields are really annoying, and various other permanents are as well.
Optional Additions:
Otyugh (1)
Quintessence (1) (in addition to the three I suggested you get previously)
Sundials (6) (upgraded)
The extra oty greatly improves your chance of getting one early. The extra quintessence is good for the same reason. Having six sundials greatly improves your chance of getting something you can play on your first/second turn so you don't have to discard anything, plus they give you draws and stalling.
That's all just what I, personally, would do. You can pick and choose as you please.
