Take out the Phase Dragon and Colossal Dragon; they're too costly.

Replace with Otyugh and Dim Shield?

nice idea, i had the same idea a while ago and made a similiar deck called:

SURPRISE DRAGONS (surprise because the idea is to drop them all in one turn )

fun deck, but not so powerful i have to admin...

if i'd change something in your deck i'd remove the aether dragon and add 2 Parallel universe... (for 12 aether you basically get 2 dragons out!)

Colossal Dragon cost 10, Golden Dragon costs 12.

A much easier deck is 12 quantum pillars, 6 regular novas, and one of each dragon, with mark of aether to pay for the most expensive one. Fully unupped, effective against AI3. And if you have upgraded novas, then you could try building a God-killer rainbow.
