Further edit: It's too slow, I can't manage to win in less than 9 turns, and it happens only with a miracle draw.

I assumed you'd require at least 1/3 of each element and other is ok.  But you didn't specify.

I know you removed it, but there was no proof it couldn't actually be done (a high probability though)
