I realize this thread is a month old, but if you're still interested, this is one of my decks I use when playing no rares, no upgrades in PvP:

Mark of Light

It's a pretty basic speed deck.  It's a simple strategy: Bless your Wyrms and then dive bomb them to death as fast as you can.  With upped cards you could replace some cards with Explosions and/or Lances since you'll be making Fire quantum with your FFs.

Edit: You can also use an Owl's Eye or two if you have them.  Just tweak the balance.  Like I said, I play this deck when I play no rares, no upgrades PvP matches.

Also, Wyrm's dive requires 2 Air quanta to use, so you need lots of pillars.

Why only 5 Wyrms? Why not all 6?

And like you said, a couple of Owl's Eyes would be great. Anything to replace those weak Fireflies is great. :)

15 Pillars sounds a bit excessive to me. I'm sure you could drop a few seeing those cards are not that expensive.

I think the reason he keeps the Fireflies is because they generate Light quantum, which allows him to play Blessings sooner.
Ah, yes of course.. those are non-upgraded cards. Yeah, that makes more sense then. I looked at this deck as fully-upgraded so forget everything I said earlier.

I would recommend: Mark of Air, Light Pillars x15, Pegasus x5, Blessing x5, Golden Dragon x4, Morning Glory.

Bless the Pegasus before diving. The nice thing is that Dive uses Air quanta, which doesn't interfere with the Light quanta pool that the other cards need. When you use Wyrm and a more Air-oriented deck, the Wyrm's dive used early can slow down the use of other Air cards. Also, Pegasus Dive uses 1 Air, instead of 2 Air needed for Wyrm Dive.

If you double-Bless a Pegasus and then Dive, it does 18 damage per turn. The fixed cost is only 8 Light quanta, plus 1 Air quantum per Dive. And of course, once you get a lot of Light quanta, the Dragons start coming out.

That's a good deck too and probably better.  Though I do wonder about the Air quantum usage.  With only a mark, you can only have 1 Pegasus dive at a time.  Of course you'll be able to do 2 for a few turns because of the build up before you play Pegasus, but after that you're stuck.  Then again, with it being a speed deck, hopefully you won't have to worry about it too much since they'll be dead sooner rather than later.  I like it Belthus.
