First of all, pretty good deck. Great usage of Parallel Universe; using it on a Dragon is certainly going to lead to a strong deck.
The main problems you may have in using this deck are lack of control and lack of quanta on your part. You may find yourself having a slow start because you lack

. Well then, I suggest you choose a better Dragon for the job - one that doesn't cost 12 quanta. I would use a Crimson Dragon for a purely aggressive deck, but Emerald Dragon isn't a bad choice, either, because it can survive a lot of creature control. So, substitute all your pillars, marks, and dragons for corresponding cards from either

You can go a different path with this deck, too, by adding creature control for a greater win percentage. To attain this, I'd take off 2 Dragons, 2 Pillars (non-:aether), switch mark to

, then add an Aether Pillar and 3 Lightnings (or just 4 Lightnings).
