My only concern with this deck is the creature to deck ratio. You have 60 cards here...that's a very low chance of you drawing an Oty over the first few turns. More importantly, if you don't draw an Oty then there's a huge risk of your hand clogging up with those buff cards which is simply infuriating. And as has been said, Rewinds/Eternities would make everything you've worked for go to waste; Anubis or Quints would be ideal here.
For suggestions: Cut back on the QT's by a lot. Most CCYB decks only run ~7 QT's in their deck and 6 Supernovae; doing the same here would reduce the risk factor significantly while also maintaining a better, more reliable Quanta generation ratio. Not sure what the lone Eternity will do for you either. You could probably cut back on a few of the buffs as well (i.e. reducing Unstoppable to 3 or so). You've got plenty of CC through your buffs, which is good news; in saying that you might want to consider a few SoGs thrown in as well.
I do like this deck a lot, monster Otys devouring everything in sight is too good to resist
To fix the primary problem he could add a few more Elec. Hourglass besides cutting a few Quantum Pillars. Also, Yes, I think a Supah Nova or two would be nice.
Instead of quint, I would go for Anubis. First because it is a critter himself, secondly because you can only quint 6 times with quintessence in the deck, but much more with Anubis.
Repeat : Add a photon just for the eternity loop. It would avoid deck outs (even though they are not so often. But better safe then sorry.)
--You didn't need to take out the basilisk blood, they do great. Also, just for the lulz, if you are going to add basilisk blood back, getting a rage potion would be nice. I would replace all quints with anubis.
Small Edit : I didn't test it myself yet - Will test in the afternoon when I have more time - But cut another QT, the supernova's are already probably doing quite the job.
