The two main problems that I see are that the deck lacks focus, and it's too large for its current amount of draw power.
Simple things you can do to make your deck better:
- Focus on doing one thing well. Have a clear goal and win condition in mind.
- Slim down the deck to 30 cards. Unless you have multiple Hourglasses in your deck, you're not going to have enough draw power to support your cards' casting costs.
You've stated that you wanted to attack with an army of immortal creatures. I'll be turning to Anubis for its reusable Quint ability, and GotP as a main attacker. Lightnings help you use up some of that leftover

quanta and also serves as creature control to use on targets that aren't worth using Reverse Time on.
