Hi everyone, Thanks for your help in advance!


I have a terrific idea imo but I can't seen to get it to work.

Basically, I use the photons as easy damage and luciferin targets ( I would use ROLs but I don't have any upgrades....). Boneyard is used to produce skeletons for when I use alfatoxin on my enemy (the hope shield should block the damage from the cells). Once there are enough cells I kill them all with plague giving me tons of skeletons. Then I can use luciferin to give them all light fueling my shield.

This deck has a huge weakness to thunderstorm, large damage creatures, rush decks, and poison decks.

I think the pillars are pretty well balanced.

Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks for the help!

I'd remove the light pillars since your skele's and photons will have sufficient light quanta to let you use hope. Also a skull shield for the early game will greatly help you take down their creatues while reducing damage and generating skeletons. Since you lack damage, you can add two vultures will help with that.

Ah, I love hope decks.

The problem with this one seems to be that you're relying on a complicated combo that I'm guessing you usually don't even draw in time (Boneyard + Aflatoxin + Plague + Luciferin + Hope). I'd revise it to something like this:

Mummies are a lot better at attacking than skeles, which might get blocked by a simple Shield.

If you really want to keep the aflatoxin/plague/boneyard, this is the best I can do:

More combo cards is better. Also, you don't need the light pillars.

The biggest problem: if your opponent have 1 damage reduction shield, you can't win.
for PvP, you can just make the deck with 31 cards and deckout win.

overall i dont think it's a good deck, your creatures are all low hp and deal little damage. that could still work in a rush deck but yours is not the fastest. anyways some idea i had while looking at that deck:

try to go for mono death with skeletons and maybe mummies. you can use luciferin on those and still play the hope shield that way. but you get more death quanta, which is helpful imo, since aflatoxin and boneyard and plague need a little. and i would add the death sword and skeleton shield.
