Looks way too slow to be effective. You have 50 cards, with no draw acceleration. That means that you could be waiting up to 50 turns for the cards you need. my advice is this; Slim it down.

i made the deck with a strategy, you're supposed to get the right starting hand, or the game ends badly, and you need to use the aflatoxin on something and watch the malignant cells destroy them, that's how i make it work

or you can abuse the dual boneyards

I would advise shrinking the deck too. Also, you want to have multiple copies of the cards you want, so you don't have to wait on average half the size of your deck.
Take the skeletons out too if you are going to use boneyards anyway.
Also two element decks usually go half and half with pendulums, or play cheap cards from the secondary element and change the mark so you don't need pillars.
The lone charger and mercenary don't seem to be contributing much to the deck, so I would replace those with more otyughs because they make death effects when they devour.

A couple of alternative duos include bringing
  Reverse Times for the skeletons or mummies,
  Adrenalines for the Malignant Cells or Empathic Bonds for Boneyard spam,
  Nightfall and Parasites for their two-element skills, or
  Schrodinger's Cats for more death effects.

Generally you don't want to rely on that lucky good hand either, you want to maximize your win rate.
