Good deck but I don't see the use of Deja Vu here. Maybe remove that one and add more QTs maybe 2 more would be enough.

I believe the deja-vu is to be rewound to avoid decking out.

About the deck.. or the strategy to be more precise; afla + bonewall is pretty dangerous. Unless you afla your own creatures. You need to have constant source of air to snipe the 2nd cell AND other creatures. Therefore I suggest to try a different approach. Instead of bonewall, try Firefly queen + upgraded Hope. And use afla to lock your opponent's field. But, that will be almost similar to Dragoon#'s version of skittles, I think.

I'd do something like this:

 Time Mark. Put some air pendulums and minium 4 hourglasses.

                  6 Shards of Gratitude and 6 Upped Sundials: Your main combo is slow, this can help to survive early game and give time to build your bonewall.

   Quit supernovas and put more quantum towers.

The Quantum Usage of the deck is not balanced.

If the Eyes can´t keep the cells under control, you hurt yourself with the cells, because they destroy the rest of your wall.

My ideas:
1) Think about other shields.
2) Flying weapons. Too many. Can a Crusader do the same thing for you ? You also get 3 maximum in a turn (without the Novas, 8 pillars / 4 + mark), so why do you fly so many Eagle´ s Eyes ?
3) Deja Vu ? To prevent deck out ? Or for Aflatoxin ? You don´t get 3  a turn, so this will not help very long.
