I wouldn't call this CCYB because well... this has CC

- I think you should keep the 2 pulverizers (instead of just 1), it's a key card and with 40 cards the chances of getting it are even lower. I would also use Pulvy over steal.
- Rather use a quinted Otyugh instead of the Eagle's Eye.
- Remove the SoR.
- Replace Improved Plague with Aflatoxin, PA or a Purify. (you can also remove the Miracle or one SoG for this, that's all your choice)

So:
- 1 Eagle's Eye
- 1 SoR
- 1 Improved Plague
- 1 Steal
+ 1 Otyugh
+ 1 Pulverizer
+ 2 Protect Artifact, Aflatoxin OR Purify (you can choose two )


And it's a shame snova's get less effective when the deck get's bigger. It's still a nice deck though, great job! These are all changes I would make but I'm sure your deck works fine.

Thanks, I'm trying the changes now but I'll leave the SoR, very useful for Nymph fuel and for Oty, I already use a lot of gravity with pulvy. Should I take out a Lava Destroyer?

Hmm you need the destroyers for damage. You are right about using alot of quanta though, maybe dropping the Otyugh would be better anyway.

i think avenger has the current best 40 card variant

this one needs draw power bad...
purify and miracle are unnecessary, leave them out
change oty to black nymph is better, since why would you eat AM'd creatures (answer: abilities, having black nymph nulls those abilities AND make the creature hurt the FG)
SoR is not too useful....
1 less SoG
2 less QTs

exactly 35 cards (if i count right)

Not really sure about these, I want a more stable, control based deck, even if it's big and slow. I was thinking about the black nymph too.
