Which of these deck is the best? https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=44580.msg1013939#msg1013939

So I made some variations of a deck and wanted to know which you consider the best for Silver, which for Gold and which for Platin.
I'd be also interested in your reasoning and/or other variations :)

Spoiler for Deck 1:
Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
5la 5la 5la 5la 5la 5ld 6rm 6rm 6rm 6rm 6rm 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jt 7jt 7jt 7jt 7k1 7k2 7k2 7k2 7th 7th 7th 7th 7th 8pt
Deals Damage with Nightmare and Dragons. Lots of healing power. Rather slow and VERY weak to PC.

Spoiler for Deck 2:
Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
5la 5la 5la 5la 6ru 6ru 6ru 6ru 6ru 6ru 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jt 7jt 7jt 7jt 7k1 7k2 7k2 7k2 7k2 7th 7th 7th 7th 7th 8pt
Slower but more heal. SoV can also be used as PC bait

Spoiler for Deck 3:
Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
5ld 6s5 6s5 6s5 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jt 7jt 7jt 7jt 7k1 7k1 7k1 7k1 7k2 7k2 7k2 7k2 7n2 7n2 7n2 7th 7th 7th 7th 7th 8pt
Still rather slow because it's a combo deck. But MG are immortal and 4 Miracles.

Notice:
I've already tested them a little in the arena (especially gold). They actually could do fairly well if there wasn't so much PC (thanks SoFo -.-).  Bad draws happened rather rarely.
Suggestions? Btw, I don't want to end up with Crusaders and Vamp Stiletto's ;)

An interesting deck I wasn't able to build would be one with SoV's and SoSaC + Miracle and other stalls. But I guess that would probably turn out as a worse version of Zen?

I think the second deck is weaker, since SoV is so slow, but either of decks 1 or 3 look alright to me.

Deck 1: Probably better for gold/plat.  Less permanent reliance (SoVs are gonna get blown away by SoF) and more healing I think gives this one an edge.
Deck 2: I wouldn't use this one.  Probably does best against slow healing stalls with no PC.  (ex: FGs fire queen or ferox)
Deck 3: Probably better for silver.  My reasoning is that there's a lot of monoaether in silver, and a wise morning glory blows right past dimshields, and the fact that it's probably a bit slower than #1 will not matter as much against silver where the decks are weaker and generally have less hp.

It would take some major redesigning, but your third deck made me think of making a deck kind of like that, but with mirror shields and quints.  You'd have the option of flying glories or quinting opponent's creatures and SoWing them.  Has anyone ever done that deck?

I run a slight variant of a day traitors deck (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,24954.msg407217.html#msg407217) and found turn 1 sofos a massive kick in the teeth, then I started Nightmaring the Sofos instead of my photons and discovered the AI will always play more of these over anything else, and at 6 quanta each they stop the opponent from casting other more useful cards.

I realise that Day traitors is not the same as your decks but ...

On the other hand, if SoFo is played early, you're screwed because you highly lack quanta without the shield. But I agree, Deck 2 was the worst.

Makes sense! Thanks for the input!

I haven't seen it yet but feel free to build one. I'd be glad to see it. In case I build one too we can compare them :)

Hm... it might help. In that case a deck with MG+AW, and SoD is probably best because RoL will be your only quanta generator (Bucklers being destroyed immediately). I guess it then should be played against Silver.

Morning Glory  is untargetable bro  ;)

Found one  http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,44500.0/topicseen.html,

not a huge fan of the deck but a cool concept, I keep seeing versions of this in PvP2, absolutely wrecks my flying glory + SoW deck.

Actually, I meant something more like this

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
6s5 6s5 6s5 6s5 6s5 6s5 7jo 7jo 7jo 7jo 7jo 7jo 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jq 7jq 7k0 7k0 7k0 7k0 7k1 7k1 7k1 7k1 7la 7la 7la 7la 7n2 7n2 7n2 7n2 80h 80h 80h 80h 8pu

No real attempt was made to quanta balance or even make it good, I just threw it together in 5 seconds to show the idea I had.

I would say #1 because of high potential damage output.

SoV is generally useless if you have damaging sources. Replacing day traitors with flying glories isn't very good imo. I like the first the best.
