And what i use it for i play pvp and AI3, but it can't beat Top50 as i want it to

That's because it doesn't know what it wants. You need to focus it. If you want speed (and you do if you want to beat T50 consistently), you have to skip the Fractals, get novas, cut down pillars to 4-5 and start cutting it down from there. Regular rushbow recipes are based on two Arsenics and Fog Shields, then you add a good mix of creature control, low-cost high-damage creatures, optionally some buffing (momentum is indeed good, and a Blessing works as well since no is being used) and some perm control. Lycanthropes, Graboids and Forest Spirits are my favourites.
