Standard vulture/cat deck but it keeps getting eaten by even a little bit of persistent CC (parasites, eagle eyes, any kind of devour).  how can I harden this thing so it can find a way through?

Permanent-based CC like Owl's Eye or Eternity is difficult to stop since death has no PC and entropy has no good PC, but your devour/parasite problems may be alleviated with such gems as Chaos Seed. Plague is too slow for my liking.

You do not need a mark and seven Entropy sources to power your cats. At the very least, switch to Death Mark, since you only have four quanta sources to power half your deck.

Boneyard seems to not be useful. The deck is hindered by any damage-reduction shield while Skeletons crowd your field. I see potential with Pandemonium to rack up a huge Bone Wall, but you need your Cats.

The deck takes a long time to set up, so Discord might be a good choice to stall in the early game.
