so my theme here is to get my crusaders to the point where i can just keep healing and gain back any damage they dish out. ive been having trouble getting this to work right and was hoping for some improvements.

You could switch to :life mark, change emerald pillars to light pillars, and switch scorpions with heal (or sanctuary but :life mark to power just 2 druidic staff seems almost useless).

Also, remove the Morning Star since they interfere with your strategy of healing crusaders. If you change 3 or 4 light pillars with pends you could try to squish some mitosis in there instead.
