The Sanctuaries are for those Quanta stealing FGs like Dark Matter and Decay.
Fire Storm is for breaking invisibility.
Gravity Shield is against Lion Heart, Osiris and Gemini, for Gemini you can keep the dragons down while using the Nymph on Phase Recluse.
Jade Shield is against FGs with spells (better than Mirror Shield because of the -2 damage reduction).

- Pulvy
+ Butterfly Effect & Eternity.
Then it wont be as prone for decking out, but quantum balance may become too heavy on :entropy and :time.
Solution: couple (3-5) :time Pendulums & (2-4) Hourglasses.

Maybe try dropping the PA's and the alfatoxin for an eternity+rol?  Check how that works quanta wise and tweak the pillars / pends as needed.
It is too late to apologise.  I have already forgiven you.

I guess those quantum towers won't be enough to generate the quanta needed for the cards?
Perhaps add in/replace the towers for some supernovas?

This looks like it might have a bit of a problem with quanta generation, and the aflatoxin seems like it would be too slow to work against most of the gods' creatures before they get too many more for it to matter out.
Do you think you could drop the aflatoxin and bump the deck up to 40 cards to add in more staple-y cards like hourglasses and eternity? You might end up with some time quanta problems... maybe more towers?
Strike that, reverse it.
