I'm sorry, but you can't ask somebody to make you a deck just like that.  What type of deck do you want? Rush, Stall, Control?  What do you want to do with the deck? False Gods, AI3, PvP, Arena?  Some questions you might ask before just asking someone to make a deck for you.

Also, i do believe the deck help section is for getting help on decks, not having decks built for you.

To follow up on what others have already said, Deck Help is a place to get constructive feedback on a deck that you've already made, not one where someone makes a deck for you. It's a whole lot easier for others to help you out if you come with at least a rough draft of a deck that you're working on.

If you want to get some inspiration, take a look at the Deck Ideas or Deck Help section of the forums, or even open up the Random Deck Generator (http://xenocidius.allalla.com/randomdeck/) and cycle through decks until you see some deck concepts that interest you. Then you can put your own spin on it, and then you'll have something for others to help you out with.
