I want to use the 1 quantum cost CC spells, there's
- Chaos Seed
- Gravity Force
- BB
- (Fire Lance)
- Freeze|Congeal
- Ice Lance
- Shockwave
- Rewind
- Siphon Life
- Thunderbolt

What will be the proper number of CC cards, and what cards should I choose?
And more, how can I improve the stability / quanta-cost balance?

You can try this, if you want ^^

There are only 5 Cremations, but you have mark to make up for it a little.
Every CC card can be played after one cremation. If you have a really bad draw you might have drawn
the Nova which kinda replaces the 6th cremation and doesn't require a sacrifice.

Also, you have 6 Gemfinders and 5 cremations so you can have a steady supply.

You can replace cards you want.

Arsenic <-> Plague
Nightmare <-> Vampire Stiletto
Fog Shield <-> Cremation
Frog <-> Heal
Congeal <-> Ice Lance
Thunderbolt <-> Silence

and so on. It's totally up to you
