bonecat deck need help to improve

I never used forum before, but now i've made a nice deck and want to share it whit you,
it isn't a champ deck but is near rareless and get a nice 50% chance on ia3.
what i'm asking is how can i improve it to smash ia4? XD

Boneyards and mutations won't help you a lot in this deck, and pandas are too much of a double edged sword unupped (your cats should provide enough bones for the wall).

I would cut 3 more cards to get 30 and swap one for a cat. Something I like too is using pillars and death mark. Helps a lot when you don't draw any catchers. Something like this

which is close to your small version.

It tested 5 wins in 5 games against ai3.

which one should I upgrade first to be more competitive?

Well it isn't a competitive strategy, as it's fairly slow and even soft CC destroys it.

Upgrading the pllars will make it one turn faster, but that takes a lot of electrum. Upgrading the arsenics is something that is going to be useful in more decks. If you like death decks upgrading the bonewalls is a good choice too.

Soul catcher gets much better upgraded, but few competitive decks use it, so it is not such a good choice. Maxwell's gets more annoying upgraded, but I wouldn't make that a high priority.

upgrade priority: scrodingers cats, soul catchers, bone walls, dragons, amethyst pillars, vultures.

but if i were you and wanted to use  more i would remove the pandemoniums and BE and add more pillars and cats, remove the bonewalls and mutations.

i'm certainly no pro at this game but i do know how to make this kind of thing. try to get it down to less cards.

first of all THANKS for all the replies

well i'm not a competitive gamer, i just play on my spare time, and came up to this deck mainly for two reason:

i find funny the cat's skill

bone-wall is a master of defense if well fed

plus: it's really funny to use pandemonium\mutation skill to see what will happen XD

I understand that other decks and cards are stronger but i find more challenging try to improve my deck and come up with something better instead to use hbgb to make money and follow the "easy way"


i've saw a deck that make cat's immaterial, it can be a good strategy?

modify: andretimpa your idea of deck it's working well, but now i've lost all control cards and it's hard to stand more than 12-15 turn if deck don't run correctly

I've never even considered a deck like this. Its pretty sweet.

One suggestion i would make is -2 soulcatchers and, -1 boneyard, +3 plagues

I like playing with no Soul Catchers, just loads of pendulums and bone walls. Bome Dragons for damage and 2 plagues /antimatter can help too. Bone yards are a total waste.
If you have some rares, Discord and/or Arsenic are your best friends. I would pack 1 and 1.

Im playing around with it right now. As it stands with the version im playing it seems like the number of entropy quanta im getting is WAAAY too much. I removed all of the pillars, and just put in like 3 death pends, and it seems to be working fine. This deck has low cost creatures, that need sustained quanta, theres no point in building up like 7 pillars cause at most your using 2-3 per creature, then 7 for the bonewall which is by miles the highest cost. If you want to add more damage, it might make sense. I think having a plague as cc is a good idea.

I guess my major thought right now is asking myself how this is better then the oty-vulture combo.

Oty+vultures is only good against opponents with loads of creatures, this deck ensures enough deaths.
Your variation needs a lot more of entropy quanta and has too many attackers (just use 4-5 dragons and 2 weapons!). Remember it's not a rush
I recommend you use all pendulums instead of that quanta balance.

i personally think you can use only soul catchers. you really dont need the one plague also. that needs more  quanta imo too
