First things first, you want to get down to 30 cards. Having 37 just decreases the chances of drawing the cards u want. Secondly, split your pillars and pends fully- 6 of one and 7 of the other. Thirdly, why a dagger and a short bow, a Fahrenheit or even a couple of short swords are more efficient. Finally, you have way too little quanta. Your QI is 7.5, which is about 50% higher than optimal (5). I'll post my recommended changes in form of a deck soon when I get to a computer.

I've got u down to 30 cards, picked one efficient weapon, fully split quanta generation and gave you a more streamlined deck. I hope it helps you win (i tested it against AI3 and it did okay).

Take out the dagger and bow. They'll hardly be useful to you in a mono fire deck. If you can, use fahrenheit, if not, use a short sword. I see that you focus on phoenixes, so if I may suggest, a mono fire phoenix deck with some moderate control. QI of 5.13 so it should have enough quanta.

Phoenixes as sturdy fighters, dragons as backup, 3 deflags and fire bolts (you can use rage potion instead if you want) for control, and a simple sword and shield for equipment.
