Quanta balance mostly. You don't need that many pends on Air mark to fuel your :air consumption, and with a few Light pillars you'll get Peggy+Blessing out faster. Consider a weapon over a 15th quanta card: your cards are overall rather cheap.

Aether is the prime Element present in all things, providing space, connection and balance for all Elements to exist.
Aether represents the sense of joy and union, and the ultimate potential of all things.

I'd have a 2nd Fog and some Shockwaves or Thunderstorms, probably Shockwaves are better. To do that I think you'd need to remove the Sky Blitz and some of the Pendulums, though I can understand if you don't want to let Sky Blitz go.

Maybe it's a good idea to have another Fog. Just raise it to 31 cards(if you want to add the Fog), it's not bad keeping the other things.
