These are my cards, they not bad, but somehow I have problems with building a real fast-killing deck

How should I build up my deck???

For a fast lvl3 deck, you could buy 8 emerald pillars, 6 horned frogs and 5 cockatrices to build this deck (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,1190.0.html#post_life). That should be quite fast, and since you already have the adrenalines it's quite cheap as well.

For a god farmer, sell your improved plague, the upped fate egg and (if necessary) either archangel, upped sundial or twin universe, then buy and upgrade another hourglass and otyugh to build this deck (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,1615.0.html).
FG farmers aren't exactly the speediest of decks, but they're good for making money and this one is probably the best you can do with your limited resources.

What Delreich said, except replace 2 of the Cocktrices with your Shards of Gratitude for a much higher win rate and more gold per victory.

Build a generic Shrieker deck. These decks are insanely fast and are good for farming T50 and Level 3. Buy 6 Graboids, 6 Shriekers, and 15 Stone Pillars. The other 3 cards in your 30-card Shrieker deck can be replaced by a variety of things, including Titanium Shields, Earthquakes, Antlions, or Reverse Times'. Your deck will have a Time Mark to evolve the Shriekers.

Another fast T50 / Level 3 deck you can make is the Speed Poison deck. Buy 3 more Chrysaora, 5 more Freezes, 6 Poisons, and 11 Death Pillars. Your 30-card Speed Poison deck will consist of:
Water Mark
11 X Death Pillar
1 X Arsenic
6 X Poison
6 X Chrysaora
6 X Congeal
Very fast, very stackable damage.
